But from an increasingly early age, our school systems are teaching kids to deny their inner knowing, seek knowledge not wisdom, and conform, rather than create their life.

We’ve created a framework that translates the concepts of The Spark into practical approaches to create joyful classrooms, through the development of a conscious learning environment, authentic relationships and a heart-centred curriculum of self-discovery.

At The Spark Movement we know that creating the right culture in a school is essential to ensure children feel safe enough to be their authentic selves, and able to fully express their Spark.
The Spark Schools Framework is a model for creating a conscious, harmonious school culture, recognising that school culture is a combination of a number of essential elements, which, when developed with positive intent and conscious awareness, create a safe, harmonious, creative community where children and adults can thrive.

the Spark
Want to support children to unleash their potential?
Spark Schools help children and young people to reconnect with and express their Spark – their true, authentic energy. Our curriculum resources focus on whole-child growth, recognising that alongside academic skills and physical development, children need to explore, understand and nurture their inner worlds - their relationship with self, their mind, their intuition, and their gifts, talents and purpose in life.
Children and teens who are firmly rooted in their authentic selves, who are connected to their own inner wisdom and knowing, and who have a healthy self-relationship (as a model for all other relationships), will become the adults of tomorrow who are a powerful, conscious force on Earth.
Developing Conscious Intelligence
To do this we’ve developed a model of Conscious Intelligence, taking Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to the next level, and recognising that IQ is often too narrow a measure of intellect for today’s children.
Conscious Intelligence, or CQ, reflects the need for a new form of intelligence, one that recognises the inherent and broad value each human has to offer, and the wisdom of the natural world around us. From cultivating compassion, to developing children’s awareness of their internal state, developing children’s CQ alongside their academic and social skills will transform their understanding of themselves and the world around them.
